There are two courses: one begins in May, the other begins in November.

If you would like to book a place on the next course, or have any questions about the course content, please contact Emma Jones and she will be happy to tell you more.

Some of the topics covered in the course are:

  • The philosophy of naturopathic nutrition

  • Using food as a medicine

  • Seasonal and lunar influences on health

  • The links between food and mood

had seen a nutritionist in the past and she definitely changed my views about food. But when I saw Emma, she put nutrition in a much broader context. I learned that the key to wellbeing is not just about eating healthily; it is linked to all aspects of one's self. Not only is Emma wise, but she is also inspirational. Her words and encouragement changed my life.

In the current year, the course runs on Sundays, between 10 AM and 5 PM.

Places are strictly limited so you are encouraged to book in advance.

Emma's Metamorphic Technique treatment throughout my pregnancy and after my baby daughter was born. This is the ultimate in relaxation. In addition, Emma has a way of making you feel special, safe and calm. After each session I felt good on a physical level, and I was also better able to process the huge emotional changes in my life.
